it's not quite as clean as that pic at the moment,

i'm kinda glad i kept it now, especially after crashing my punto.
it really grows on you once you get used to no power steering. ok it's old it has a few rattles but it's a really good car and i love it. as it's quite old performance is not brilliant but so diffrerent to a gt feels like there is much more power all the time, can go up hills in 5th gear at about 10 mph.
and anything over 100mph it starts to feel a bit unsafe.. wind noises and rattles..etc.
very thirsty on petrol, i wouldn't take it on a very long journey but local runaround is fine.
it gets sooo much attention from people as they are quite rare these days, everyone want's to buy it off me, even complete strangers ask me if i'm selling it, and all of my mates want it too.
another thing, lots of people put the 1.6 gearbox onto the 1.9's as it has better ratios that's probably why the 1.6's keep up with the 1.9's for a while.

    put it this way..

as much as i like the 205 i cant wait to get my new GT which is being delivered hopefully tomorrow morning. and i had a punto for 7 years before i crashed it, had a look around and nothing really interests me or gets me excited, so back to punto it is.
i might start saving up fotr the new grande abarth though.
