Gathering Interest for a Showdown

My m8 is the events moderator for the escortrsturbo club and is organising a showdown between the RST, Punto and the Ren 5 on the 1/4 mile. This will be held at either the Pod or Elvington we are looking into both at the moment.

I said id help him out to see what sort of interest i cud get from u guys, if we can get enough people interested then it will happen around may/june time.

This would be a very good day and we are tryin for mag coverage if we can gaurantee that it wil be a good turnout.

i think we could come unstuck here, as how often do you see either a renault 5 or aRSe turbo in std or nr std from, punto's are only just starting to be modified to big bhp (relatively) max on here what 200bhp max, some fords/R5's etc are running way in excess of 300, might be a tad embarrassing

they will never catch me, yea would be a good day but i can see even those with Gts getting an ass wooping by those r5 and rst due to the fact that puntos are only just being modded for big bhp gains
