    My new cooler and pipework

Well i started off by buying these ovesized pipes off GT3turbo, even though the group buy fell on its ass i still wanted some, i got the 135degree elbow and coupler from demon tweeks (samco)

Then after buying some Samco punto kit parts in a haste i ended up with the standard size, so i rang roudn the houses and ended up at Graham Goode in Leicester where Performance Silicone Hoses is there on-site, picked my new correctly sized yellow elbows up the next day. Also cleared BnQ out of all 70mm and 90mm jubby clips.

Just to show standard sizes against th new fatties

    The new intercooler

    Previous cooler

New and old, new one is about 50% thicker

After a phonecall from Greg, i took his advise to tiewrap it up to check position etc.

    Straight from the turd blower

The cooler basically sits on the bottom inside edge of the bumper and finishes near the top of the numperplate, you can see in this pic it pushing the plate out.
