Cant send pm's??

Just logged on 5 mins ago and I cant send any pm's to anybody, I get the
"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:" screen appear?
Anybody got any idea why?

Yea I read the thread about it a couple of weeks back, has it only just come into force/. Because I have been able to send pm's fine up to now

its a new feature to prevent new ones from trading.

To put it simply, new rules have been put in place as PSC was succumbing to a number of people logging on and using it as an un-regulated free E-bay.
