well we need to get more people interested before we decide on a date, or hardly anyone will turn up (which is what we dont want), i recon mid feb is better due to the fact we have a longer period of time to plan it and get mor people interested and also a central location for everyone, so its not unfair on anyone who has to travel a mega distance.
