maybe madmonkey has just bought a lg plasma and was correctly using the search function before asking if anyone had a code for it. didnt find what he was looking for apart from this thread so when he did eventually find an answer elsewhere he thought it would be helpful to put the correct information onto the thread to help others in the future.

i think the code for LG is 0056 or 0052 or 0053, lol i know that its one of them. i have paired a 50" lg plamsa to a sky box in the past. you doing the correct or on the remote:

press the tv buttom
hold red button and select till the light flashes twice
type in the code 0056
press the standby button
then tv
then standby and repeat untill it turns off
then press number one button, if the tv turns on press select
if it doesnt press the standby button then press select and your allllllll done! lol
