Asda gets my vote, the easiest place to get to with everything around in the event of people suffering severe thirst or hunger!
and if it gets that cold people could just nip into the shop and buy themselves an extra think winter sweater to keep themselves nice and toasty.
The only problem I can think of with asda is the amount of people living their christmas food shopping till last minute and you'll have all the panic buyers clogging up the car park!
