Just seeing if hgts are any good?punto that is, and are they tunable?
i had a gt for a while and dont fancy another,
Also considering:
Civic vti
pug 106 gti
saxo vts
R 5gt
What are your views/experience with these cars or do you have any other ideas for around 3 grand mark?

my mates got a bravo hgt in yellow with the 5cyl 20v engine in it and i have to say its really is a nice car! it looks pretty sweet in standard trim and ****in gorgeous lowered over 17" kie racing antracites'shis is running 175bhp at the mo and it does shift! but then again i am used to a 1.2 punto lol! not sure how the punto version compares to this tho tbh, but have u considered the bravo? there pretty rare too i think unlickely to see many around.

The HGT is a good car for the money, depends what you want out of a car.
id have a civic or pug 106 gti over it though

Would be newer than the civic, more space than a 106. And if you look around should be cheaper!
Only thing i noticed with the HGT is that its expensive to insure.
