Mattieu flew in 007 stlye and me and greg picked him up from the airport, we told him the 2 litre wasn't fixed in time and Greg was in his mum's 5 door automatic corsa lol

Cue five minutes of us standing NEXT to greg's car while matty wandered past us looking for a brown corsa - it was class

Then Greg told him the car wouldn't boost past 2psi as it hadn't been mapped properly, and held off until we got to those tunnels (which was about a half hour drive) before telling matty to stick his head out of the window before letting rip with the external wastegate

It was LOUD, seriously loud.

Mac, I would go if money allowed. But if I'm honest, every time I speak to people about it (mainly Yoz!) I just think that at a cost of £1k circa, I could go snowboarding - which I am early next year.

As I say, I've no doubt it's something I'd do in the future, but unless I came into some money, or really got hassled by Yoz, I'll probably not do it until I'm older.

Speaking of which, I'm considering doing Donington in mid-late October if you fancy it. I've already told Greg who's looking into whether the tro will be done by then. Bit of a let down in comparison but it's a cheap track day and a good track. I'll go anyway in all likelihood but if you fancied a run against your predecessor ..
