you only really need 20 for windows and programs. IMO.
smallest drive i have about is a 40, so i use that.

yes mate, NTL 10mb.
right click My Documents then go to Properties. In the Target Box, change the path to the drive letter of your storage drive (D:\ for example.)

I have a problem with NTL, seeing as you often re-install windows, you may be able to help.
It happened on my last re-install. I copied over the whole outlook settings from the old hdd, this got my all my old e-mail's into outlook, but outlook can never send or recieve the mail on that account.
All the settings were spot on, password, server etc. But when I click send/recv it comes up with the password box for that account, even if the password it right, it just re-opens.
I had to get ntl to change the password last time, and that still didn't work. So I had to get a new account, as they didn't know what to do. Now the same thing has happened to this account, there must be a way. The only way to get my mail ist their crappy on line way.
strange, thats never happened to me.
have you tried creating the account from scratch instead of restoring from a backup.

yeah, still the same. its happened twice, and I don't want to phone NTL, cos they are no use at all.
What do you do with your e-mail?

i back it up using the export feature within outlook.
have to create the accounts manually tho.

just meant how do you re-install email.
Just tried it manually. It just comes up with the Logon screen, with the password already entered.
Is your user name *first part of email address*/pop.ntlworld.com (without the stars)
the username is just the bit before the @ntlworld.com.
the incoming server is pop.ntlworld.com
the outgoing server is smtp.ntlworld.com
thats it.
