Yes, providing there was room for my beverages in the fridge.
would you chip in on a generator so we can have cold beer?
it would cost £3, maybe £4 each, if most people chip in
say £5 max, as we will need some juice for it
this is a name and shame poll, so please be honest

No cause that means me and sam will be payin twice as much as everyone else. Plus the beers i had last year were in a cool box and stayed cool all weekend so i dont see the point in spendin money on a generator wen you can get cool boxes for a couple of quid?
Sorry to be a spoil sport rob!
you would have twice as many beers thoughOriginally Posted by markGTi
i have a cool box, but if every1 clubs in a few £££ it would be worth it
anyway, each to their own. there may be other members who think the same, so i'll just see how the poll goes over the weekend
its onyl a fiver as long as tis not noisey or i'll smash the ****er up
sorry rob, but look at it this way who is going to monitor the beers? if we bring say 6 cases and someone only brings one, then who says that, that isnt their beer? its going to cause so many arguments. and what is going to stop someone from the other side of the site walking up and taking it. who will be responsible it? its too much responsibility on one person.Originally Posted by punto16v
No one had any probs last year and nobody had food poisoning. as the saying goes if it isnt broke dont fix it!!!
The principal is great but the theory is too complex.
i went camping down the river trent last night and we had a big cool box, a bag of ice from Sainos then some frozen chips thent eh lid and we still had perfect ice cubes this morning after it been refilled 6-7times
ok, i may have missed a few downsides to this ideaOriginally Posted by sammyGT
keep the comments coming though
Honestly, as long as everyone is SURE to bring more beer than they'll drink, there's not going to be a shortage therefore no arguments providing people aren't too fussy. problem solved, and we can have fun trying to drink it all
I'll bring as much as I'm allowed to, hopefully space won't be too much of an issue
