Music Catalogue Software?

Does anyone know of any sort of music cataloguing software that will produce a list of all music I have on my PC...and possibly also where it is, so I can print it off?

I have got a shed load on here and I'm sure I've got 2 or 3 copies of the same song and was wanting to tidy things up a bit!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I dont have an ipod so never felt the need to download anything to do with them!
