    Sat Nav

I'm looking for sat-navs at the moment.

    I don't mind if it's a PDA or an actual sat-nav

    Want to spend between £130-£200max

Suggestions please as I need to get one this week!

we sold tomtom 300's new for £219 for ages last year

probably navman 520 @ £190 would be the best bet, their customer service and retail support really does seem to be improving this last few months too so hopefully any problems could be sorted without as much hassle as before, which was always the main reason for their unpopularity.

If you got a decent enough phone just download it from the internet, not illegally obviously

work bought me a Dell Axim x51 for £150 and then a bluetooth GPS kit for £50.

put tomtom on it and i've got a pukka sat nav kit that doubles as a music player, organiser etc etc.

TomTom One! Much better software and processor than the older version 300,500 etc.

Customer services are apparently bad but i havent had to call them nor have my mates. Works straight out the box and can often be bought for £200 if you shop around.

so that's the £200 spent on hardware, you're looking for at least another £150 (last time i checked) to LEGALLY aquire a copy of tomtom navigator 5, so that's £350.
