Is there a reason you cant buy a BVH any more James?

Coz of the time it takes to make. Mine took 6 months, so its probably not worth it due to the time frame over cost.

Heads are time inefficient from business POV. He does do them as part of engien builds.

Just take your standard head (assuming it's in good condition) to a head specialist. Make sure you tell them it's for a turbo application, and you want it flowing properly, with a before and after printout.
