Could be the ECU. Thats what happened in my Metro
My 1.6 Punto's fuel injector went so i sent it off for refurbishment, got it back, put it in went to strike her up, wudnt kick in. It has got new plugs and leads on it aswell.
There is no spark in the plugs what so ever, i have swapped a coil pack to see if it was that but it wasnt, tested all the wireing for the coil pack and that is also fine so what can it be?
Crank Shaft sensor has been mentioned to me by some one but how do you test it??
I am absolutly fed up of punto's now!!

Who condemed the injector in the first place? As for testing the crank sensor, if you can get hold of an oscilioscope you can look at the siganl while its crancking.Originally Posted by teddismith
