Ahh, the man who paid but never submitted us a membership form - well done! You sent your payment on 11 April and the application only arrived on 6 May - which is why you missed the last amount of memberships I did.
We are doing this now.
I should reiterate to anyone reading this, you submit an application by itself, I don't enrol you as a member - same token, if you pay but don't submit an application form, how am I supposed to know who you are?!
