    Going down to scrap yard

    getting some door cards, what do u expect to pay at a scrap yard

    are there any valuable parts worth picking up etc.

    Depends on the scrap yard.
    I went to one last weekend and got a complete dash for a tenner, then went to another one and got charged a fiver for an aerial
    Dont forget it aint a shop ~ you CAN haggle with these people and it pays to try

    f##king wankers!

    wanted to charge me 30quid for heater vents!

    and wanted £150 for sub sporting alloys which were badly curbed

    nah it was in collindale, they were standard ones

    i got all the dash bits that i've sprayed for for cans of coke, and a bit of petrol

    is that the one under the bridge where they have all the parts taken off already? think it's called metro, very expensive every time i try them for something.
    there is a better one down the road next to hendon overground train station called fishers.

    yeh it was that one, they take alot of the cars, but seem ridiculous for pricing

    ill go down the road next time
