    had a 1.0 16v 80's micra to rev to 10.500rpm, it was on bike carbs (well 2x 1300 huyabussa downdrafts basically), still knocing about too, that thing sounded far better above 8k that that vid does.

    although I love the howl that thing puts out just under 4k, it would take me a while for that howl not to put a shiver up my spine

    Sounds awesome and Spoon engines are just completely tuned type-r engines as doesnt sound very beleivable but they had so much more potential. You have to send your engine to then and they send you a nice tuned one which just slots straight in with throttle bodies and all air/abs and all that **** taken off.
