British Rally Championship
19th March 2006
Mallory Park
The Circuit is going to be used throughout the day;
- British Rally Cars – 4wd Modified Production Cars.
- Slowly Sideways - Twenty two Group B cars from the 70's and 80's
- Cruise Village – Show and Shine
- Drifting
- Modified vs. Rally Car
- Sprinting
- Super Bikes & Motor X
The idea of this event is to bring people together from Motor Sport and Cruising; giving the Cruisers an insight into Rallying’s past and present, and give people from the Motor Sport background an understanding of the modified world.
There's going to be a lot to cram into the single day! There will be British Rally Cars, which are 4WD rally spec production cars competing throughout the day and Twenty-two Group B rally cars from the 70’s and 80’s competing in Slowly Sideways – a real chance to see historical rally cars on the track!
Modified vs. Rally car is the first of its kind in the UK, where modified cars go up against Rally cars in a sprint along the main straight of Mallory Park! Drifting will also be taking place throughout the day on the track.
The other side of the show will be the Cruise Village, where there will be Show n Shine, Club Stands, Trade Stands and Exhibitors.
