the guy i deal with for the club discount at adrian flux is very good and is nothing but helpful. but i have heard their customer service and the way they deal with claims isnt the best. but this is mainly due to the fact that they are a broker and dont actually offer insurance themselves, they get the insurance for your from other companies like HIC. so alot of the time it might actually not be them thats being the problem.

the discount you recive for being a puntosports member is UP TO 15% as they cant exactly offer a 17yr old with a licence for 3 months and 3 points and a crash under his name 15% discount as im sure u can understand.

get a qoute from them. then join the club and get another quote and you will see how much u are saving. plus a great deal of other fantastic deals.

I gave them a call and got a quote £120 lower than the nearest from other companies.

I'd recommend Elephant. I have used them in the past, I saved £120 when insuring my 55s. No club discounts available though (not that it matters, I'm not a member!).

    www.elephant.co.uk

Online quotes, and their customer service is excellent - you can get through to them by phone almost immediately. I am fortunate enough to have not needed to make a claim, but a friend who also uses them needed to, and their claims solutions team is very good - the claim was settled quickly and efficiently.

    Gotta be worth a shot?

I had a mate who insured his GT with Flux, he was hit on the rear quarter on a roundabout when a woman merged into the side of his car! Flux said it was 50/50, so he lost his NCB and didn't get paid out so had to get it repaired himself. Shoddy customer services and it took them months to make the wrong decision.

It was the same price mate.

A friend uses Admiral too, and they are good. Would also recommend them.
