....If a seller comes on registers and alot of people show good interest in his parts but he doesnt come back on again would it be possible to set something up where the admin send a reminder or something that he has alot of interest in his stuff?

If someone is selling something and there's loads of interest, it's in his best interests to deal with it - we don't have the time or facility to chase people like this!
