If you want it to look like it has just come off the production line all you need to do is change the wheels to anthracite and lower it by a tiny amount. Fiat are not going to do anything special except alter the things you can't really see in pictures like that.
I'm sure it will be top quality whatever you finish it like! How about a road legal rally type style if that makes sense. Something that looks mean but subtle enough not to look stupid. Good luck!
