I'm not good with this stuff-ICS?

    BT.

Basically the problem is we have 4 accounts on the PC, and since setting up the wirless broadband for the laptop and PC, only one account can gain access to the internet on the PC, the other 3 receive a 403 error message

Internet Connection Sharing, someone asked you about it earlier.

Can the PC's ping each other? Have you got MAC filtering enabled on your router?

make sure that each user's internet explorer is set as follows

tools> internet options> connections (tab)> LAN settings> check the 'automatically detect settings' box.

also make sure the 'never dial a connection' box is also checked on the commections panel

hope that helps (its soooooooo hard to describe in words lol )

MAC filtering wouldnt be the problem, or none of the accounts on the laptop would work

It would be, if he had the MAC filtering on, but only the MAC address of the Laptop put in.

exactly. the 'laptop' caries the mac address, not the 4 users on the laptop therefore none would work if mac filtering wasnt set up correctly

I interpreted his post incorrectly, I thought he meant 4 PCs; in that case, your right, MAC filtering wouldn’t play a part.

Give us some info on your Router make/model so we can give you some deteiled instructions.

Basic thing you have to check on your router configuration utility is the access settings. Maybe you have permitted access to the laptop only either by mac address filtering or ip filtering. You have to check and make sure that you haven't denied access to the rest of the computers on your network. Give it a try and let us know.
