id say it would give a seb gt a run for its money but i feel the gt will just do it.

hmm that bonnet looks nice. would go well with a cadumaro bonnet me thinks.

Put it this way, I like them so much a cooper is 'baby friendly' replacement for my VX. No kidding.

Oh, and anyone want to buy my VX?

Had a Cooper as a courtesy car recently and thought it was horrid. Seating too high and unsupportive on bends, gutless engine, too heavy to handle well with cheap looking dials (however did look better in the dark).

    Complete girls car IMHO.

Bad experience with one of these decided to see how quick they really are :xmas2:

Got to a rather silly speed and as i started to pull from them I melted a piston :xmas6:

    Bye bye Uno :xmas13:

But hey I was in front until I had to pull over :xmas19:

In standard guise they're not all that quick. I've sat neck and neck with one up to a shade over 100mph, only then did he start pulling away.

Different story when you throw in some corners tho, we both slowed to around 50ish to go straight over a roundabout (its a big roundabout so 50 isn't that excessive) a few flicks on the sterring wheel and he was exiting the roundabout whilst i was wrestling with the punto to stop the boot from overtaking the bonnet :xmas6:

    My GT's bog standard btw.

i raced my GIrfriend in hers last night she is no match for the 4.1. But when driving the cooper s it does feel quick and as i said before the handling is spot on.
