try installing java @ www.java.com

just upgraded to firefox 1.5.
still the same on a manual download from java. Error message saying the windows instaltion pack cannot be installed.

It seems everyone will be upgraded to 10mb by the end of the year, just with different download limits. That article only mentions the download limit for current 3mb customers (75GB) though.
