    there is a conflict between your/our vac pipe and boost gauge and is not giving an accurate reading on the boost gauge but is far better than the standard one.

    he takes out the boost pipe in the engine and reads it form there.

    Yer there clearly is a conflict.

    So I am loosing 5/6psi from the engine to the guages I have in bar and psi!?

    Strange bit worrying.

    no i wouldnt say that its just you get peak boost for instance and through the rev range you loose pressure.

    i.e you will defo hit 20psi but buy the time you change gear it will be only about 16psi.

    i think thats right.

    Oh yer I realise that but on the print out it peaked at 16psi at 2k rpm then dropped.

    He done the testing in 5th gear so ther was no gear change??

    Soo that figure that I got was inaccurate for what it should be running.

    Ohh I dont know..
