as bluewater and lakeside declined our requests to hold a meet there due to it being xmas shopping time??!! on sunday evening lol
we're asking for suggestions for covered areas/suitable venues in central england so that more members can attend.
this meet will be organised by all 3 site admins as a way of uniting the clubs!!!
and suggestions for meet place please feel free to let us know!!

There's a meet in MK on the 26th November, that'll be good
If you do nothing but stand in a car park, people won't come because it's cold and boring. If you do "something" people will moan it's expensive. My suggestion is just meeting up in a pub to put the world to rights and meet people informally (like the MK meet on 26th).
You're welcome to contact me if you want a hand with things, but as I say, this has been tried before and I think you're pissing in the wind.
