    no you dont IIRC, just upload the software to your host, then go to the url on the instal directory.

    cPanel installs it anyway.

    Then i have to upload all the images too?

    yes, like you have already. probably more handy for future reference.

    it will also resize your images but still allow a link to the full size image.
