The idea was introduced as there seemingly is a large amount of member whom are indecisive as to what time people should/are meeting. Many threads have different times being fired off all over the place. The purpose of this to generalise people's proposals.

People can turn up whatever time they like - it would just be good to have a (largish) convoy arrive at the same time and park up together - rather than arrive in dribs and drabs. Mike and I will be at Tesco's around 9, as will the Mk2 group. Jason - are you still on for getting to Tesco's for 9?
