seb 2 should get low15's (14's have been known but not very much)

seb 4.1 should be capable of mid to low 14's.

on my first run i just ****ed the start and got 15.5
on my second run i missed 3rd and got 15.1
and on my cars 3rd run 2nd was missed and 15.8 was achieved

therefore with the correct launch and gear changes it should easily manage mid to low 14's
