jtd power loss

Hi hoping someone can help
my jtd (80) has been getting gradually slower it now has a significant power drop at about 2700 rpm and does not rev past 3500 rpm. It does still have a bit of a gain about 17-1900 rpm so i think the turbo is still spinning
any ideas will be appreciated
0-60 was 12 sec top was 110 mph
0-60 now around 17 sec top 96mph

Check the glow plugs, air filter, not sure if they have a turbo filter on the diesels, give it a service basically you may find worn/old parts are not giving you the best performance!

check you don't have air in the fuel lines.
