i know someone with a 1.6 tuned to 150wbhp, goes like **** off a shovel, interior's not all that though. but it seems to have been reliable enough, other than the starter motor packing in.
My mate loves 205s, thats how i got into them, only person in the uk to have put a 2.0 T into one when ecosse said it cant be done, hes a mechanic by the way incase anyone thinks ill give that a bash
I'm thinking of getting one as a track car or something to play around with. There supposed to handle really well and loads of torque with the 1.9.

I used to have a 1.9gti & they are slower than a GT in a straighline but the handling is fantastic!
mine had done 100k miles but was still reliable. Definately recommend one
