Team North East Meet ......

To be honest, I cant see it happening if its the same organiser. Last time someone questioned the time and location of the meet, as a busy macdonalds car park at lunch time was never going to work, we where told to basically **** off if we didnt like it!

The punto sports club made an effort and had around 8 cars show up, but we spend the majority of the afternoon driving around team valley trying to find the location, and when we did, it was empty.

if you read the link si has posted on tne you will find a comment thanks, it was my suggestion to meet at the old location i do apologise if this caused confusion however the ther person who was leading the convoy for those who didn't know where to go was geordie smurf (aka minilad) (aka karl) however i later found out whilst at the shoot that he car was broken and he was repairing it, the shoot would have went smoother if there was another leader but i didn't find out until i had already led my bunch of people then i had to drive back and collect those from mac d most of the morning who karl was supposed to have brought, there are reasons why things happen yet unfortunately most people are quick to slander. there were some new people who met me at the location where i suggested and they didn't get lost or anything.

To be honest i think you are a bit of a nob! Why are you putting a downer on this? Its a new venue as all the other venues are getting closed down...spiller, arnie, even the grassy is getting shut. Peel is in a good location, the car park can hold 150+, no speed bumps around and it doesnt get closed.

Im not sure what meet you last went to but we had a canny day, and alot of people turned up, cant recall any puntos being there so you mustnt have been. So instead of trying to tell everyone its gonna be **** before its even happened, why dont you come along and see for yourself if its gonna be a good turn out. If not then you can slate it all you want AFTER the meet.

You think im a nob because I think the last meet held at team valley, which as far as I know you didnt attend? Was **** due to the organiser choicing a crap location.

I know boundy, the owner of TNE, used to go drinking with him around consett a long time ago so I wouldnt say it was **** unless I had good reason.

We made an effort as a club to come along to the photoshoot, but we where disappointed as it was a waste of our time. We didnt even get any decent photos as the location was a car park behind a factory.~

If you care to read what I said you will clearly see I stated I will be attending more than likley, as the time is better. Im simply saying the photoshoot was on a crap day and time and many people tried to tell the organiser, but due to reasons unknown to me no changes where made and it was a flop with many disappointed people, these things happen.

From what I remember Andy, you where the one who wouldnt change the location, or even time of day. And I remember Karls fiesta broke down as he turned up later in the day once we had finally found the location and said but I thought the lad with the escort was the convoy leader all along?

Anyway I hope your next meet is better, I will probably pop along this time round as well as the time is ideal rather than peak time in a macdonalds car park like last time.

this is a new meet, nothing like the last one, so stop comparing, the meet hasnt even took place and your trying to pick faults, if you wanna slag it of then dont come, if you wanna show support stop saying it will probably be **** and attend and then place a comment on what you thort!

Si, can you please put this down on your fiat forum from tne admin, there is no convoy and this meet at peel is at 8 oclock at night, when the shops have closed and the car park is empty. And we will hopefully get it pretty full. This as a very good new cruise location and if you can attened please come down. Its the hombease car park at peel retail park near barmston in washington.
