0-60, 0-100, top speed, SQM. A CTR is quicker than a stock GT, and even a SEB2 GT. Unfortunately, many people have this image of a GT being quicker (despite all the numbers) because there are so many poorly driven CTR's out there. I'm a member of the CTR forum, and pretty much weekly somebody writes one off a GT, or any turbo car for that matter, is an easier car to drive 'fast'. Rolling starts are the GT's strong point, and that's one of the reasons why they stick to so many 'faster' cars.
If you have any car care related questions, ask me in the Cleaning/Detailing section.

Civic Type R mate and I personally don't think Type Rs are all that quick myself.

I ran against one at the pod in my CRX VTi and it got about half a car length in front running a 14.6 and I ran a 15.3
