For those people coming from the south, how about meeting at the Newport Pagnell (Welcome Break) Service Station first? Its between J14 and J15 of the M1. We could aim to meet there between 7:45 and 8:00.
For those coming from the North, I think Macca has arranged some meeting points.
Both North and South convoys could then meet at Watford Gap Services before J18 - the last services on the M1 before the exit for Stanford Hall. If we get there between 8:15 and 8:30 we should get to Stanford Hall for 9:00.
It might mean that the Northern Convoy have to go down then back up to be on the same side at the Watford Services.
what time does AI open? i assume 9am?

in order to get there for 8am as suggested by heather i'll be leaving about 6.30...
