also the bore size of that only looks about 2"

Looks 57mm ie standard bore.
The path it takes is normal following the exhaust channels. You could make it straighter, but ti would protrude from under the car and ground everywhere.
Ive seen worse and for <£100 its look okay. Its a free decat, straight through and would give nice dual flames on lift off! Depends how far it pokes out the rear bumper. In a nice kit it would really nice ie the abarth rear apron?
Comes with lambda and downpipe too.
