Indeed he is. I've had the same sort of contract as that for the last 12 months paying £30 inc VAT etc etc.

One thing I didn't realise is that, on Orange roll over minutes are wiped after a month, whereas on O2 they are not. I now have 13 hours of on peak mins to use. **** knows what I'll do with em.
