havent seen one of these for years! had one sitting up my arse the other night just heard the dump valve going off. i had him in the corners somehow but he blew by me on a straight bit of road. ugly as sin but was nice to see something different. are these 1.4 turbos aswell?

11's not sure was it quite long, realy boxy, i think they would be a 2L 8v turbo or maybe a bit smaller,1.8 or something if its the 1 i'm thinking of ?
you may be thinking of the Renault 21 that had a 2.0 8v turbo engine, the 11 had the same engine as a Renault 5Originally Posted by jono
yeah it was defo an 11. didnt pull away quick enough to be the 2l turbo
The 11 was only very slightly heavier than the 5 so even that weighs as much as a crisp packet, and if its midly modded a sebbed Punto GT would have a fair few problems
so what your saying is an R5 turbo would whip a GT?
