1.9 turbo diesel clio
can you put a dump valve on this
and any special type? or just like a standard turbo engine?

You talking about an atmospheric dump valve? It should have a recirc as standard.
I know you can 306 Turbo diesels, but they are expensive. Not seen one for the clio.

The 306 uses a solenoid to earth when on full throttle, this sends vaccum down the line when earthed which opens the dump valve and releases presure.
Its cheap enough to DIY, most of the bits can be salvaged.
