might it be an idea to let us know what you've got now?

if you've got lots of savings, dont be so skingey on a graphics card!

    I currently have an Nvidia Quadro2 32MB AGP 4X

    The system is a P4 3.06GHz 1Gig PC800 RDRAM.

I would also prefer a card WITHOUT a fan and also with a DVI out for my UltraSharp TFT and maybe my 32" LCD TV

Geforce4 FX5200 has tv out [s-video and rca type]and is available without a fan. It was my last card and bought it for £46 from a local pc shop.

edit: thats a 128meg card too, with the fast memory compared to 256 models.

Why do you want one without a fan?

i'd personally go for one of the 9250's

at my old job we ran tests on the 9250's and the fx5200 and the 9200's bench marks were far higher

saying that this was a few months ago, they may have improved.
