i shyed away twice in the past very briefly as i quickly went back to nokia, but now i've started to see that other manufacturers are making their phones a lot better than before and easier to use like good old nokia's,

Yeah he is, he's a dirty pervert and whenever we meet up he's all over me like a rash. I have to beat him away with a stick, or a chav spoiler, which ever is to hand first.
On another serious note, it's bullshit about having to wait a year for an upgrade. If you spend a decent amount of money with them they'll pretty much upgrade after 6 months, think about it, that's good business!! Especially you Chris, you spend a fair bit and they know that, and after 5 years with them too, they owe you or you'll go elsewhere, don't pay a penny for any upgrade.
