Im with O2 Online, different to the in store packages as our main point of contact is online, the shop staff dont want to know as its a seperate side to the business.

One major flaw is you can no longer upgrade your handset online, you have to phone some woman in Asia who doesnt really give a **** if you threaten to cancel or not.

Try trying to make a complaint via there so called complaints line. I hate that company so much. And dont get me started on the customer service line!!!! 50p a minute to try to sort out their mistakes, its a pi55 take

yeah thats true, but no other network offers the same amount of txts and minutes i get.

I know what you mean mate, I do envy the 500 free texts you get on O2, however, I've been with Vodafone for 3 years, and they are fine, free support, and its 24 hr and doesnt take more than a minute to connect to them!

My friend is on O2 he went from T-mobile, and after a year, he's gonna get away from O2, he hates them.

Apparantly Orange do the same deal as O2.

I was on Orange 3 years ago, and they were ok. Supposedly they are now the best network...

Only problem with moving from O2 is they dont let you take your number. They say it wont be a problem, but I dont know one person who has successfully left them

i've been on orange before and wasnt impressed at all. i've tried looking around for deals on txts and minute but aint found any that are close, i only have to phone o2 once a year to sort out new phones. so that aint bad.
