it's a toss up between the k700 and the 6230... [-o<

K700i has better screen, 6230 has memory expansion.

Apart from that they do the same things.

Best thing to do is go and try them out in a shop and see what you feel more comfortable using.

Although dont let them try and flog you one in the shop! You only have to walk in and there like "Hi can I sign you up to this?"

I find the middle button on 6230 a nightmare

K700 (and possibly K500 etc i,.e. cheaper versions) is a nice phone, better to look at IMO but I found the buttons too small for my fingers and batery life was ****.

Im now on a 6100 as its with work so its free and i cant complain. I use it a lot and i only have to charge it about every 6 days, now thats good battery life.

You want to get yourself a Blackberry...I got one. They are the dogs danglies. Check your email and calender and go online on the go oh and it can be a phone if you want too.

I agree with David on the middle button, ive had two now and found the battery life on both were abit ****.

Didn't like the sony k700i, bit plasticy imo. am looking to get the s700i instead. Looks a really nice phone.

You get used to the middle button very quickly and the battery only depletes quickly if you use a lot of the power supping features.

have to agree with the middle button prob, but after a few days it's fine... struggle to use my 6610 if i need to now!

got a 1gb card in there, some nice vids and a couple of albums

quite a bit heavier than my 6610 was, but it's still not heavy like a brick!

buttons are a nice size.
