    BMW Coupe

    Well sold my GT friday bought my new car Sunday, its a BMW 318ci. Im loving it, its so comfy compared to the lowered, 17" rough ride of the punto. Feel like a grandad at 20 but me thinks ill be looking like a pimp. Private reg has come so all I need is the car, being delivered on Friday, cant wait.

    Spose ill always have a soft spot for my GT. :-)

    Cheers mate.

    Ive had 8 months of racing people dump valving all over the place, it got me stressed beyond belief. Everytime I got to the lights I would feel obliged to race anything and everything.

    Now ive got a car that does 0-60 slightly less than the GT, est 2 secs slower, but its a monster on the m/way has lots of pulling power over 4k rpm. Its what I need cos I do a lot of m/way miles, 6 airbags, air con, traction control, cruise control, etc etc. It looks the tits aswel.

    Sounds like you made then wrong choice then

    Everybody seems to want to race BM's, thats why I got pissed off with mine.

    Nice cars though. weather you like to cruise it or to cain it the car will fit the bill.

    And compared to a gt I know where id rather be for a motorway journey.

    Well I hope it does fit the bill mate, I keep thinking I hope its not too slow, 'cos when I was on the test drive I found it very weird to get used to and couldn't cain it with the sales guy in. I know what ill be doing when I step off the forcourt Some people have said Ive made the wrong choice getting one in Imola red but as far as im concerned its a 'racey' colour and blue or silver on a bmw is the final grandad image lol

    Well, roll on Friday, ill report back when ive driven her in.
