Photshop problem

Problem is, i'm crap at using it.
I dont understand all this layers business, too complicated.

Anyway, all I wanna do is print a mirror image of a photo, with writing, so i can print it on to a t-shirt transfer.
I have the layout exactly how I want it in Word. But I can't print that as a mirror image. I know you can on photoshop, but I cant even get text on that!


Who would be willing to transfer my word file to Photoshop, and save a mirror image, and send back?
Long winded I know, but it would be much appriciated.
