It will my current one, but only the very latest gen nVidia cards are faster

my 6800 runs farcry on uber high gfx with around 50-60fps average

a 9800pro wont do that

maybe cos the ATI is a tad older than ur new nvidia!

You r better off with NVIDIA cards in my opinion m8 some ppl may say different but the nvidia cards have allways worked for me at the moment im running a geforce fx5700 256mb ddr but at xmas im upgrading to a geforce 6800 ultra and if u got the cash m8 i strongly recomend u get a 680 ultra as it will wipe out the ati cards (that is my opinion and some may feel the same as me but some stubbern people..lol may argue that ati are better)

best thing to do is research the cards....

i work in a computer shop repairing pcs (well until friday anyway) and i see loads of different cards, i've chosen my 9600pro cos it was really good for wot i do, and didnt break my bank.
