Never knew these cars where as quick as the one I seen today. No idea what work had been done to the engine but the bodywork was mint, full kit etc.

I was behind him off a roundabout, and we both booted it at the same time but I wasnt gaining like I expected to. His car had a few others in all looking out the back window, eventually I pulled about 4 car lengths and he retired

i just sold my gti6 , in the book they say they do 0-60 time of 8.5 secs
no way!!!

they have some much torque and just fly through the gears

u could drive round town in 6th and it would still pull like ****

I've read the official Peugeot figures are about 8.8 secs to 60.
Just like the 206 GTi is officially about 8.3 secs.
I know Evo and Autocar got about 7.5 secs to 60 for the 206 so i imagine they could knock the same off the 306 too.

Peugeot always understate the figures for some reason.

The magazine times are done with 2 people and full tank as well.
