Punto GT3 breather pipe

As stated in the title ASAPPPPPP I need an original GT3 breather pipe that connects to the turbo intake pipe as shown in the pictures. It has split from a stupid place.

I need one of these also as well as a clutch slave cylinder feed pipe for a gt3.

I think some pvc tape would have sufficed.dont think that pipe is under any real pressure......
