I've seen them before aswell impossible to tel to be honest , unless you have afr graph and dyno print out to determine if it's working correctly .
They should have a power on the road label IMO you can't forge them even the eBay chips you can tell apart from genuine ones !

Only 2 chips existed with a hand written label and they were the test ones from 2001. I wrote those labels and this isn't one of them!So I would say it could be anything under there
The only real way to get a real chip is via Silvio Ruggiero in Italy now. The ebay ones are fakes too; with better labels though.
