    Face plant.

    Some of my mates falls out on the bike last weekend, worth 2minutes for a laugh, watch in HD!



    Give it a share on FB etc, see if can get it some traction!!

    I like it how you stop everytime youve done a tricky bit just to turn around and film him because hes garanteed to fall off!

    Fortunately not Ben, few near misses... I could see the first set of rocks was a bad idea so I carried the bike down, I probably put him off by stopping during his second tumble and the third, well, he just went arse over tit! Shortly after the derailier hanger snapped in to two pieces so we had to to push and roll 5miles back to the car!

    What trails were you at?, they look good!

    We are lucky enough to have the a few of the Seven Stanes local to us. Great fun and keeps you fit.
